| All Natural Grain Fed Pork |
We raise our pigs on grain because we do not have enough land to pasture raise them. Pigs digest grain much easier than cattle do, so being pasture raised isn't as important with pigs as it is with cattle. The meat is still much healthier and leaner than what you buy in the store. We never give them hormones or steroids and the grain had no antibiotics or other medication. We do not feed them meat or other deceased pigs as they do in the industrial pig farming. They have plenty of room to run around and play. We don't have a compost pile because we feed our pigs all the veggie scraps and spent plant from our garden. They are very happy pigs!
