AYRAAM COMMISSION STRUCTURE
A•Y•RAAM DISCOUNT MEMBERSHIP
For those of you who are already distributors, we have added this discount membership to help you with selling our products! This will give you another option to give your customers! When you sign one of your customers up as a discount member, you will receive $25.00 for signing them up. You will then receive 5% commissions on anything they order just like you would if they were a distributor on your team. They will not count as a distributor to move you from one position to the next, simply because they will not be selling our products or signing up other distributors! But you will earn commissions on what they purchase. We will ship directly to them and you will not have to service them at all. When they renew their membership each year, you will receive $25.00 each time they renew!
We have also decided that with your personal orders for meat, you will right up your order and note that it is a personal order for yourself. Then, instead of us paying you a commission on the order, which is taxable as income to you, we will let you apply a discount up front on your order! The discount will be the same percent as what you would get on your personal sales! Example: If you were a Certified Meat Distributor, you would get a 15% discount on your meat order. If you were a Prime Cut Distributor, you would get a 20% discount on your personal meat orders!
AYRAAM CERTIFIED MEAT DISTRIBUTOR
When you enter at the beginning level, you will earn $20.00 for each person you sign up as a Certified Distributor. You will also earn 15% commission on everything you sell. When you have signed up five distributors on your team, you will qualify to move up to a PRIME CUT DISTRIBUTOR, which will increase your income and commissions.
The more people we have as distributors, the more money we will all earn! You will have your quotas to receive your commission. You can also move up by your own personal sales. When you have reached $15,500 in sales for a one-year period, you will move up to a PRIME CUT DISTRIBUTOR. You will see as I explain the commissions that it is better for you to sign up people on your team! Someone may only want to sell meat. In that case, we will help you to move up as well! I am going to add a bonus here for those of you who really want to take off with this. If you can sell $3,500 during the first 45 days after you sign up, you will automatically move to the Prime Cut Distributor position!!! You can also move to the Prime Cut Distributor position if you have $7,500 in sales during the first six months after you sign up!! Ok, time to move up the ladder!
AYRAAM PRIME CUT DISTRIBUTOR
As a PRIME CUT DISTRIBUTOR, you now earn $25.00 for each person you sign up as a Certified Distributor plus you will now earn a 5% commission from the sales of everyone you have signed up. You will earn 20% on everything you sell that we have listed on special and you will earn 25% commissions on anything you sell at regular price.
The next advancement is to become an EXECUTIVE T-BONE DISTRIBUTOR. To advance to this position, you must sign up 15 new Certified Distributors total; the 5 you have already signed up plus 10 more. You can also advance to this position by having total personal sales of $25,000 in a one-year period. Ok, let?s move forward to a better future!
AYRAAM EXECUTIVE T-BONE DISTRIBUTOR
As an EXECUTIVE T-BONE DISTRIBUTOR you earn $30.00 for every new person you sign up. You will earn 20% on everything you sell that we have listed on special and you will continue earn 25% on everything you sell at our regular prices. You will earn 5% on all of the sales of the Distributors you have signed up plus you will now earn 3% on all the sales from the Distributors that your Distributors have signed up. You would now have unlimited earning possibilities! The more you build your team and the Distributors that you have signed up do the same, the more income you will see coming into your bank account! Ok, we will have one more advancement opportunity for you in AYRAAM. It is REGIONAL DIRECTOR DISTRIBUTOR.
AYRAAM REGIONAL DIRECTOR DISTRIBUTOR
Advancement to this position will be your retirement plan. First, to advance to this position, you will need to have signed up 50 Distributors total sence you originally sign up as a Certified Distributor or had personal sales in a one-year period of $100,000. You will now receive $40.00 dollars for each new person you sign up as a Certified Distributor. You will also receive a monthly bonus from the company based on the total sales of your entire team, which is 4 generations from you. The bonus will be 1% of their sales, which consists of everyone who is signed up under you down to the 4th generation. You will receive 7% on the sales of the Distributors you have signed up. You will receive 4% on the sales of the Distributors they have signed up, this is your 2nd generation. You will receive 3% on the 3rd generation of your team! Then on the 4th generation, you will receive 2% commission. You will be asked to travel and be placed over a multi-state region. You will set up conferences to establish other people and to help them to achieve the successes you have shared in AYRAAM. You will also be required to attend any meeting set up with myself and other directors at AYRAAM. All of your expenses will be paid by AYRAAM to set up and lead these conferences. Your 1% monthly bonus is a way of showing our gratitude that you are willing to travel and be responsible for the area you are given. If you do not operate as a Regional Director, you will not receive the 1% bonus. You have to remember that the people in these conferences will be a part of your team and the new Distributors will end up on your team!

| Sales & Commission Examples |

I would like to start here with some basic examples of sales and how your commissions will work. This is to help those of you who are not familiar with team sales and structure.
At the basic entry position as a Certified Distributor, you will earn 15% commission on all of your sales. For this example, we will say that you have $2,500 in sales on month and you sign up two distributors. Your commission would be 15% of the $2,500, which is $375. You would also earn $40 for signing up two distributors because you are earning $20 for each person. Your total commissions would be a total of $415 for that month. (See Example Below.)

As a Prime Cut Distributor, you will start to have the benefit of earning commissions off of your team as well. You will now earn 20% on all of your sales and 5% on all of your distributor's sales. The following chart shows an example of a team structure for you to be able to see the benefits. We will use Shirley as the Prime Cut Distributor for this example. We will say that Shirley now has eight distributors on her team and that she has signed them up in the first three months. We will use a low figure of sales for everyone at first and then a higher one on a future example to show the possibilities this opportunity can generate for you. Below is her team after three months.
As a low example, we will say that Shirley sold $3,500 in her third month. She would earn 20% on her sales, which would equal $700. Each of her team's distributors average sales were $1,500. The combined sales for her team would be $12,000 ($1,500 x 8) and she would earn 5% of their combined sales totaling $600. Shirley also signed up three more distributors earning her $75 more (3 x $25). In the example below, you will see that her earned commissions for her third month were $1,375.

For our next example, we will advance Shirley to an Executive T-Bone Distributor. It took her six months of hard work to do this, but she accomplished her goals. It is important that you each set goals and timelines to achieve in sales and building your team. Shirley is a go getter but we will give her some time to do this as well.
As an Executive T-Bone Distributor, you start to make a real good income as things are building more rapidly. You have to have 15 distributors signed up to get to this point so the following is an example of what her team would look like at this point. We will also look at how many distributors each of her team's distributors have signed up. For this example, they will each have signed up three distributors of their own.
As an Executive T-Bone Distributor, you will now earn commissions on the sales of the distributors your team members have signed up. You will earn 5% on the distributors that you have signed up plus an additional 3% on the distributors that they have signed up. Remember, you are still earning 20% on your sales. For this example, Shirley had $4,500 in sales for this month.
For this example, we will say that her distributors averaged $1,500 per month in sales. Some may do more and others less but we will keep it simple for this example. She has 15 distributors so that would be a total of $22,500 ($1,500 x 15) in sales for her distributors. She would earn 5% on their sales, which would equal $1,125.
Each of her 15 distributors have signed up three distributors each for a total of 45 distributors. Most of them are new so we will say they only had an average of $800 each in sales for the month. $800 x 45 would equal $36,000 in sales for all of the distributors that her team's distributors have signed up. $36,000 x her 3% commission would equal $1,080 in earned commission.
Shirley will also receive $30 for each new distributor she has signed up on her team. She has signed up five new distributors so she has earned $150 ($30 x 5).
Below is an example of her earned commissions after ten months of very hard work as an A•Y•RAAM Executive T-Bone Distributor.

The next and final advancement to the A•Y•RAAM team is to become a Regional Director Distributor. It is going to make Shirley work harder and it will take her two full years to get there. Anyone who wants to get to this position and pay grade will have to pay their dues as they say. No one is going to hand this to you on a silver platter but the rewards will set you up a very nice monthly income, maybe for retirement. When you look at the example of the sales and commissions, you will understand why I call this a retirement plan!
At this point, Shirley has 50 distributors on her team that she has signed up. She is now receiving 7% commissions on her distributors.
For this example, we will give them an average of five distributors that they have each signed up and this being the second generation of her team, she will now earn 4% commissions from their total sales each month.
To continue to keep things simple, we will say that each of those distributors have also signed up five distributors each. This is her third generation and she will receive 3% from their total sales each month.
Her third generation distributors have also signed up five distributors each. They are the fourth generation in her team. She will receive 2% of their total sales each month.
Since she has reached Regional Director Distributor with all of the responsibilities and requirements that go with that position, she will now earn a 1% bonus on the sales from her entire team (includes the total sales from all four generations of her team). This will give her an amazing opportunity to build her entire team at our expense.
First, let me show you in the following example what her team would look like at this point. It has taken five years of her efforts to get here.
Shirley now has 50 Distributors that she has signed up. They each have signed up five people and so on down to the fourth generation.
Shirley's Team
1st Generation: 50 Distributors
2nd Generation: 250 Distributors
3rd Generation: 1,250 Distributors
4th Generation: 6,250 Distributors
I will make this simple to be able to follow by using a lower dollar amount, helping to keep it realistic.
The 50 distributors in her first generation have $2,000 each in sales. This equals $100,000 ($2,000 x 50) x 7% for a total commission of $7,000 to her from her distributor's sales in her first generation.
Her second generation has 250 distributors. For this example, we will say that they only sell $1,000 each for this month. 250 distributors x $1,000 each in sales equals $250,000. $250,000 x 4% equals $10,000 in comission to her for the distributor's sales in her second generation.
For her third generation, there are 1,250 distributors. We will say that they only have sold $500 each for this month's sales. 1,250 distributors x $500 each in sales equals $625,000. If you take the $625,000 x her 3% commission for this generation, her commission will equal $18,750 for this month from her third generation.
In her fourth generation, there are 6,250 distributors. For this example, we will say that they did not work very hard this month and that they only have $250 each in sales for this month. 6,250 distributors x $250 each in sales equals $1,562,500. If you take the total sales for the fourth generation, $1,562,500, and multiply it by her 2% commission, she would receive a total commission of $31,250 from her fourth generation's sales.
Let's add up Shirley's commission earned for this particular month.
1st Generation: $ 7,000
2nd Generation: $10,000
3rd Generation: $18,750
4th Generation: $31,250
Subtotal: $67,000
Plus 1% Bonus: $ 670
Total Earned: $67,670

It may take you 15 years to build up your team and you may have your doubts that you may ever make this kind of money. Ok...what if you were only able to make this work a little bit and you only earned 10% of what we have used as an example. 10% would be $6,767 per month in retirement pay!
One thing we would like each of you to keep in mind is that we are part of one of the fastest growing markets alive today, the natural food industry. We have top of the line meat products available.
